Co - Founder
Structural insight & Engineering Excellence
An accomplished engineering professional with over three decades of structural and geotechnical experience. A Civil Engineering graduate from BITS Pilani with a Master's in Structural Engineering from IIT Delhi. He is the Founder of Globe Infra Solutions and has also contributed to national bodies, including NHAI, IRC, ING-IABSE, and IIHE. He has served as the Vice President of the Builders Association of India (North India) and continues to hold a respected leadership role within the organisation. Mr. Goel's depth of technical insight strengthens Levante with structural clarity, engineering assurance, and a development approach grounded in safety, precision, and long-term performance.
PARUL SINGHAL (FCA)

A seasoned finance and business strategist with over three decades of experience across real-estate finance, project planning, procurement, sales, marketing, and corporate operations. A Chartered Accountant currently pursuing LLB to strengthen his expertise in corporate law, he is also the Co-Founder of Fastech Projects, bringing a deep understanding of development and construction dynamics. Known for his structured thinking and disciplined approach, Parul provides Levante with strong financial stewardship, transparent processes, and a stable commercial framework. His multidisciplinary experience reinforces Levante's commitment to responsible growth, operational clarity, and long-term value creation.

A seasoned construction industry veteran with over three decades of experience delivering major residential and commercial projects across Delhi-NCR and North India. He is the Co-Founder of Fastech Projects and is renowned for his operational discipline and result-oriented approach. He specialises in project planning, construction management, and precise on-ground execution. His ability to anticipate challenges, lead large teams, and maintain strict quality and safety standards has shaped a trusted reputation in the region's development landscape. Mr. Kumar strengthens Levante with a delivery mindset rooted in efficiency, reliability, and flawless execution — ensuring every project transitions seamlessly from vision to reality

Focused on community-driven development and purposeful design, Mr. Goel plays a key role in shaping Levante's identity as a forward-looking real estate brand.
